Shimla was recognized by the British during their retention of the Gurkha War, where they used this holy land for their resting purpose. The featuring market of South Shimla cascades down to a cart road. This road is enchantingly the vibe of nature enthusiasts as it remains covered with snow from mid-July to September.

By Air: Shimla airport is located in Jubarbhatti, 23 kilometers from Shimla town. The booked cab will
drive down there to pick you. You even have the option to board the cab from Delhi or Chandigarh
Airport.
By Train: Board the train to Kalka from Delhi, nearest to Shimla. From Kalka Railway station, you
need to take another train to Shimla. The pickup is offered from that railway station. Booked taxi can
even catch you from Delhi, Chandigarh or Ambala railway stations.

Shimla is best visited at any time of the year.
